The first 9 holes are in a pleasant parkland setting with good views of Penrice Woods and distant views of rural Cornwall. The returning 9 holes offer magnificent panoramic views overlooking St. Austell Bay.

1st - 386 yards - A slight dogleg to the right - 'mind the hedge on the left'. Par 4.
2nd - 394 yards - Cross the road and tee off avoiding the copse on the left. Playing down the hill to the green enjoying fine views of central Cornwall. Par 4.
3rd - 133 yards - A short par 3 in the park.
4th - 359 yards - A walk back to the tee is rewarded by parkland views. Par 4.
5th - 337 yards - A signature hole for our course. A good par 4 with a lateral water hazard
on both sides of the fairway. The second shot is over an oak tree to a two tiered green. Avoid the pond to the left of the green.
6th - 353 yards - A par 4 with fabulous views of Penrice woods as you come over the brow of the hill.
7th - 348 yards - An accurate drive up the hill is essential to make the green with your second. Par 4.
8th - 229 yards - One of the longest par 3's in Cornwall to a tiered green.
9th - 483 yards - A par 5 with a dogleg to the right. Mind the out of bounds on the right.
10th - 335 yards - Recross the road and tee off on the seaward side of the course. Not a long par 4 but with a small green tucked into the right hand cornerit is still a challenge to reach in two.
11th - 152 yards - Walking through the bridal path from the 10th you can see the full extent of St. Austell Bay. A fairly gentle par 3 down the hill.
12th - 176 yards - Another good par 3 but more challenging than the 11th.
13th - 310 yards - A good tee shot is rewarded with a short approach to the green nestling in a bowl. Par 4.
14th - 282 yards - A challenging drive over the corner of the hedge bounding the bridal path. Mind the fairway bunker. Par 4.
15th - 188 yards - A good tee shot is required to reach the green. Par 3.
16th - 147 yards - A new par 3 has been brought into play with a bunker on the right to be avoided.
17th - 472 yards - The "old 16th" has been substantially extended to make a challenging par 5, dogleg left with a narrow fairway to start the hole an accurate drive is essential.
18th - 356 yards - A pleasant par 4 to finish but beware of the pond on the right of the green.
